Your Issues: These are the issues that I’ve heard from people for years living in Flagstaff and from friends and people throughout the county. Here are some of my ideas on how to address these issues. If you have any other issues, ideas, and solutions. I want to hear from you.

Transparency

  • I will provide Transparency in processes, projects, programs, budget, and appropriations through good stewardship. Budgets and Appropriations will be balanced and I propose to change these to a 0-based budget system whereby every penny has to be justified and approved with full transparency. All essential services will be funded but all duplicate effort from fed and state and will be eliminated along with all United Nations Agenda projects to bring our budgets into line.
  • I will institute new process improvement measures with random audits and reviews of everything we do. To route out corruption and waste. After all we work for you and its your money.

Forest Fires

  • Increased funding for the Fire Department for new trucks and equipment and to maintain both new and existing trucks and equipment.
  • Expand the forest management to include building fire breaks around towns and communities.
  • Forest Restoration through Hydroseeding process to reforest the land reintegrate endangered and once extinct plants and trees that were farmed out or destroyed to the forests. It will also prevent soil erosion and mitigate mud slides.

Water and Flooding

  • Equal Allocation of resources and funding throughout the county. You’re paying taxes for this you deserve results.
  • Triage critical area where flooding starts and divert for storage and canals for farms and ranches first before it runs off down the hill.
  • Storage ideas will be utilizing unused lava tubes and pits that can be converted into water reservoirs for storage with canal systems to run out to the ranches and farms nearby and for the reservation run a canal or two out to the reservation to share the water.

Environmental

  • Get rid of all initiatives based upon Chinese Communist Party/United Nations Agendas 21, 2020, and 2030 that are also derived from the “Green New Deal” boondoggles. Then replace that scam with actual solutions outside of the obvious “Drill Baby Drill”.Expand all recycling programs to include metals and glass.
  • Business Opportunity. Build the United States’s Reclamation Center for all rare earth metals and other toxic materials from old computers, electronic, solar panels and wind mill generators. We definitely don’t want to bury it where it can get into our food and water supply.
  • Business Opportunity Two. Convert the local closed down coal fire plants near the lava fields into volcanic/geothermal power plants. These plants could also let us know when the magma pocket starts to expand and heat up. Early warning for volcanic eruptions.

Roads

  • Improved training for snow plow personnel.Improve standards for response to fixing potholes. For example 1 week turn around on repairs. Have personnel patrol looking for areas that need repair. Put in a divide on state route 64 that goes from Williams to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. We do the work and the state pays for it through an inter-governmental agreement contract vehicle.
  • Look at constructing parkways around Flagstaff from Cheshire to the west side Home Depot, From Pullum airport to Continental, and Cheshire to the Mall. Can also work as a fire break around the town of Flagstaff.

(Flagstaff) High-Occupancy Housing

  • High-Occupancy Housing also called Low Income Projects in many places like Washington DC, New York City and Boston. This is a United Nations agenda for the 15-minute city and make our communities like they are in China. They’re disguising it as for students. Well we don’t need more students we need families to move back and new ones to move in.
  • College like tourist towns die because the people can’t afford to live there like in Breckenridge. College towns die because of both cost of living and all the jobs get taken by the students leaving limited jobs for the residents.

Bring all communities closer together building resilience

  • Like community gardens like the old “Liberty Gardens” in empty lots.
  • Work closer with all local farmers and ranchers to build additional relationships with local business and stores. Mitigating supply chain disruptions due to another pandemic or other disaster.
  • Civil Defense like communal disaster shelters and local civil defense response teams. Prepare for the worst and pray for the best and will always be prepared. It saves lives. Whether it is a terrorist attack like a radiological, chemical, biological and nuclear attacks.

These are some of the issues that have been brought to my attention. I would like to hear from you about any concerns you might have.
